The Year 4 students had an amazing time visiting the Dai Nam Wonderland. They started their trip on the bus in the rain only to be greeted by warm, dry weather when they arrived at Dai Nam. On arrival they visited the Golden Temple and surrounding natural environments before moving on to the zoo. Here the kids enjoyed a walk with some amazing and rare animals from all over the world. The kids had a fantastic time feeding the giraffes and getting up close with some fierce animals.
After the zoo we enjoyed some lunch together before checking-in to the hotel and having some relaxation time. It was a good thing we had a rest because next we visited the Dai Nam Beach for a swim. It was great to see the kids so enthusiastic. They were sliding, bouncing, climbing and rolling in Zorbs all over the beach, having a wonderful time. Of course after all of this excitement and a nice hot meal the children were more than ready for bed knowing the next day they would be visiting the adventure park. The Dai Nam Adventure Park more than exceeded expectations and the students had a great time exploring the many fun rides and attractions. Many students pushed themselves to try new and exciting rides showing they could be risk-takers in a different setting.
Year 4 would like to say a big thankyou to the staff involved in planning and attending the camp, as well as the tour company who were very professional and provided an active and highly entertaining itinerary for our students. We would also like to thank the students who worked so well together and showed Dai Nam what a great school AIS is.
